We are happy to announce that the gym has reopened.
 

Members will be required to register for training in Glofox prior to arriving at the gym.

Download and login to our Glofox app
under "Old School Muay Thai".
Glofox is available for Android and iPhone.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES
Classes do not usually run on statutory holidays or long weekends. An up-to-date listing of classes and times can be found on Glofox.

Class Types

CLASS TYPES

Open Classes

Every class (with the exception of Friday night sparring class) is designed to support all levels of experience and fitness, and can be attended by all students. The first half of class is conditioning. followed by instruction in traditional Muay Thai technique.

Each student will be trained up to his / her / their level to ensure steady development. 

Sparring– FRIDAYS 5:30

Sparring time is available for students who have the skills and control required by these sessions. Students without the required skills can still attend and do drills, but will not be able to spar until the completion of the blue shorts qualification.

Please speak to Kru James if you are interested in taking a blue shorts test or attending sparring on Friday nights.
