CLASS FORMAT
The first half of most classes is conditioning, followed by instruction in traditional Muay Thai technique. Shadowboxing, footwork, pad-holding, circuits, and bagwork are common activities.
Some classes are specifically designed for beginner or intermediate students, as noted in the name and description. We also offer a Learn to Spar class, Boxing, a Women-Only Muay Thai class on Sunday mornings, and Sparring on Friday nights (more info below).

Each student will be trained up to their level to ensure steady development. Students should bring their own handwraps and gloves (which we sell in our on-site store for competitive prices).
Book-a-BAG
Members can access the gym outside of class times for an individual workout by signing up for a book-a-bag session via our Glofox app. The gym boasts a great selection of workout equipment to help you reach your goals.
Sparring FRIDAYS at 5:30
Once approved by Kru James, sparring time is available for students who have achieved their blue shorts qualifications and who have the skills and control required by these sessions.
Please speak to Kru James if you are interested in taking a blue shorts test or attending sparring on Friday nights. Please do not attend sparring without permission as your safety and that of our community is of paramount importance at Old School.
