The Package/What to Expect

Each 90 minute class includes all the elements of a complete fitness regime.  The first half of the class is an aerobic warm-up that includes stretching, skipping and 'old school' conditioning with push-ups and squats, plus a focus on core training.  The second half of the workout consists of learning and practising traditional Muay Thai techniques on heavy bags, Thai pads and punching stands, as well as shadow-boxing.

What does this mean for the practitioner? The correct intensity, duration and frequency of exercise guaranteeing you:

12pm-1230 ABS and stretch
