Old School Muay Thai’s training philosophy is based on the tried and true rigours of original Muay Thai Training as experienced in Thailand. Our clients benefit from the same intense activities found in the Thai camps that breed the fittest, most skilled fighters in the world.
We offer experienced, traditionally trained Muay Thai instructors, a central location, convenient hours, affordable memberships, boot camps and personal training along with a program where the city’s at-risk youth can benefit from the discipline of Muay Thai training and positive mentorship.
Come test out our program in our new gym facility and walk out with the best results in physical conditioning through our Muay Thai instruction at Old School Muay Thai!
At-Risk Youth Program
James Hines has established a not-for-profit incorporated division of Old School Muay Thai with the express goal of providing at-risk youth in our community access to the proven mental and physical health benefits of the discipline of Muay Thai.
Old School Muay Thai is already working in partnership with community organizations including the Harbourfront Community Centre to identify kids who can benefit from our programming. We can offer at-risk youth a place to meet after school, access to caring and supportive mentorship and a pathway to good health and self-realization.
We need your financial support in order to establish an environment filled with positive role models who can mentor our youth through martial arts programming which promises to inspire them toward personal fulfillment, physical health, and ultimately encourage integration into the community at large as citizens with respect for themselves and others.
Sponsorship opportunities are available. You can help this worthwhile program by providing sponsorship for an individual student or a group of youth, offering equipment, sponsoring events.
"Help at-risk youth beat the odds by giving them a safe place to train their bodies, minds and spirits."
For the month of July, OLD SCHOOL BOOT CAMP is FREE with a donation toward our community program in support of At-Risk Youth.
